• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• In cases of suspicious activity, basa bet may temporarily place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds provided by basa bet are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, basa bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided before kick-off, and stakes will be returned.
• Basa bet is not liable for bets that are cancelled due to internet disconnection or delays during live betting.
• Lottery draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.

The minimum bet amount at basa bet is ৳50. Maximum single-bet limits vary by event, and prior approval from management may be required for large bets.

Basa bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in serious action if detected.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating the bonus system or claiming bonuses under multiple family members' names.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to conduct betting activity.
• Using basa bet for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to probe platform security vulnerabilities or carry out any hacking activity.

You may request to close your basa bet account at any time. Contact the support team and they will guide you through the process.

• Please withdraw any remaining balance before voluntarily closing your account.
• Account balances may not be returned if an account is closed due to a terms violation.
• Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reactivated before the designated period ends.
• Basa bet reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, without prior notice.

An inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts (no activity for 12 months). basa bet will notify you in advance via email or SMS before any fee is applied.

• Set a deposit limit — you can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap whenever you like.
• Use the self-exclusion feature to lock your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• If a family member is struggling with addiction, a third party may request account restrictions on their behalf.
• If anyone under 18 has access to your device, please use parental control software.
